Luxury A3 Impresora UV Hybrid Flatbed DTF Phone case Wood 3042 Digital Pen Bottle Glass Printing Inkjet Uv Led Printer

The printer supports a maximum print area of 320 mm x 450 mm (A3).

This hybrid UV flatbed printer is designed for a wide range of rigid and mostly flat substrates such as phone cases, wood, acrylic, glass, bottles, pens and similar items up to the maximum thickness. Always test specific materials for adhesion and finish before full production.

The maximum printing thickness is 100 mm (media thickness range 0–100 mm).

The machine uses UV inks listed as CMYK + W + V. The specification also lists multiple white (W) and varnish/varnish-like (V) channels (e.g., CMYKWW+VV...), which are used for opaque white underbase and clear/varnish effects.

It is equipped with double XP600 print heads and supports up to 720 x 2880 dpi print resolution.

Typical print speed is about 8 minutes per A3 size, depending on print mode, resolution and substrate.

The product is described as 'Automatic'—it includes automated features to simplify operation, though some setup and routine operator tasks (loading/unloading, media preparation, maintenance) are required.

The printer is compatible with RIN UV and MainTop 6.1 RIP software as specified.

Data is transferred via an Ethernet port.

Machine dimensions are 800 mm x 790 mm x 580 mm and the net weight is 65 kg. Standard packaging is a solid wooden box sized 910 x 870 x 760 mm with a gross weight of 85 kg.

Recommended routine maintenance includes regular printhead cleaning cycles, capping station and wiper care, periodic UV LED inspection, using manufacturer-recommended UV inks, keeping the flatbed clean and dust-free, and following any supplied maintenance schedule. For best results follow the manufacturer’s maintenance manual.

The machine is marketed as a hybrid UV flatbed DTF printer, so it supports workflows for direct-to-film as well as direct printing to rigid substrates. Proper film/media, ink profile settings and curing should be used; run tests to optimize adhesion and transfer for DTF applications.
