Industrial 30kg Hospital/SWA801-30, capacity 30kg steam dryer

The SWA801-30 is an industrial steam-heated washing machine designed for heavy-duty laundry. The product name may reference a dryer in error — if you specifically need a steam dryer, confirm with the supplier for the correct model.

This model is specified as a 30 kg nominal capacity (wet load). The product family covers capacities from about 10 kg up to 120 kg, so confirm the exact model designation when ordering.

The machine uses steam heating for primary heating. Electric heating can be offered as an alternative or supplement depending on configuration and local requirements.

Typical electrical supply options are 220 V or 380 V. A steam supply is required for the steam-heated version — pressure and flow requirements depend on the model and installation, so provide your site steam pressure (e.g., bar/psi) to the supplier for exact specs.

Construction is stainless steel (304 SS). Example specification sheets list dimensions of 1070 x 830 x 1260 mm and a motor power around 2.2 kW, but some published specs may correspond to different capacity models. Always confirm the detailed spec sheet for the SWA801-30 before purchase.

Designed for heavy-duty use, it is suitable for hospitals and healthcare facilities, hotels and hospitality services, factories, commercial laundries and other large-scale laundry operations handling linens, uniforms, towels and similar textiles.

Yes — the machine features automatic operation with programmable cycles for soaking/immersion and other wash programs to simplify large-volume laundry processing.

The unit supports immersion/soak cleaning methods optimized for thorough cleaning with steam heat and mechanical action. Specific cycle parameters (temperatures, times, water levels) are programmable.

Standard industrial safety features typically include door interlocks, emergency stop, steam pressure safety devices, and properly rated electrical protections. Confirm the exact safety options on your unit and ensure installation complies with local codes.

The product listing indicates CE and ISO 9001 certification. Verify certification documents with the supplier to ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning lint and inlet filters, checking and replacing seals/gaskets as needed, descaling steam heat exchangers where applicable, inspecting valves and drain lines, and periodic lubrication or motor checks. Frequency depends on usage; establish a preventive schedule with your service provider.

Yes — spare parts and authorized service are generally available from the manufacturer or distributor. It’s recommended to arrange a spare-parts list (seals, valves, bearings, control components) and service contract at purchase.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and distributor. Typical industrial machine warranties cover parts and manufacturing defects for a limited period (confirm exact duration and terms). Ask your supplier about installation, commissioning and post‑sale service agreements.

Installation requires a proper steam connection (for steam-heated units), suitable electrical supply (220/380V), adequate drainage, correct floor loading capacity and level surface, ventilation and safe access for maintenance. Have a qualified technician handle installation and commissioning.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor with model and customization requirements. Lead times depend on stock, configuration and shipping; typical delivery for built-to-order industrial units can range from a few weeks to a couple of months. Ask the supplier about delivery, on-site installation and operator training options.
