This inclined belt conveyor is designed for efficient loading and unloading of cargo, moving products upward from a low collection point to a higher discharge point. Built with a durable green PVC skirt belt and cleated design, it's well suited for transporting loose or bagged materials without spillage along the incline.
The conveyor frame is constructed from lightweight yet sturdy aluminium alloy, with a firm, solid-screw joint design that keeps the structure rigid under load. It runs on mobile casters, making it easy to reposition around a warehouse, packing line, or loading dock.
Powered by a 400W motor (customizable, 220V/50Hz, single-phase), the belt speed is adjustable from 5–10 m/min to match different throughput needs, with a loading capacity of 40kg per meter. The effective belt width is 800mm, with an inclined section of 1m and a flat feeding section of 200mm, rising from a bottom height of 200mm to a top discharge height of 1000mm — suitable for feeding into bins, containers, or downstream equipment.
Durable components include a high-quality driven roller and reinforced bearings, ensuring smooth, reliable operation over extended use. The conveyor ships in a high-quality wooden export case for safe transport.
