Sealing Machine Blood Bag Tube Sealer

It is an automatic electric machine designed to quickly and securely heat-seal tubing for blood bags, medical fluid packaging, laboratory samples, and other medical packaging needs.

The machine is compatible with tubing diameters between 3 mm and 6 mm.

Sealing time is rapid, typically between 0.5 and 2 seconds per seal, depending on tube material and settings.

The unit accepts AC110V or AC220V ±10%, 50/60 Hz. Verify the correct voltage setting for your facility before use.

Yes. The AELAB sealer is an automatic-grade, electrically driven machine designed for straightforward operation and consistent sealing.

External size is 340 × 180 × 170 mm. Net weight is 9 kg and gross weight is 12 kg.

The electronic tube (heating element) has an estimated lifespan of about 1,000 operating hours; replacement frequency depends on usage intensity.

It is designed to seal plastic tubing commonly used for blood bags and medical fluids. Always confirm compatibility with specific tubing materials before routine use.

Regular maintenance includes keeping the machine clean and dust-free, periodic inspection of the heating element/electronic tube, replacing worn parts (heating element) as needed, and following the manufacturer's service recommendations. Do not immerse the unit in liquid.

Ensure trained personnel operate the machine, use the correct supply voltage, avoid sealing flammable materials, allow the heating element to cool between extended runs if recommended, and follow standard medical-device and infection-prevention protocols.

Yes. The machine comes with a machinery test report and a video showing outgoing inspection, according to the product description.

Basic steps: connect to the appropriate power supply and switch on, prepare and position the tubing within the sealing area, activate the sealing cycle (per the machine's control), then inspect the seal for integrity. Refer to the user manual for detailed operating instructions and settings.

Check the power supply and connections, confirm correct voltage, inspect the heating/electronic tube for wear (it may need replacement after ~1000 hours), and ensure tubing is within the supported diameter range and compatible material. Contact AELAB support if problems persist.

Yes. It is intended for medical settings including hospitals, blood donation centers, clinics, and laboratories to secure blood bag tubing and other medical fluid packaging.

The product is packaged in cartons. It is supplied with inspection documentation (machinery test report and outgoing inspection video). For exact accessory lists (e.g., power cord, user manual, spare parts), confirm with the supplier or packing list.
