The Double Layer Hydraulic Roll Forming Machine is a high-performance metal sheet processing solution designed for the efficient production of roofing and wall cladding profiles from galvanized, galvalume, pre-painted galvanized, and pre-painted galvalume steel coils. The fully hydraulic drive system ensures smooth operation, reliable power transmission, and stable forming performance. Equipped with a 7.5 kW hydraulic station, the machine supports continuous production speeds of 20–25 metres per minute while maintaining high product quality.

A hydraulic shearing system with hardened Cr12MoV cutting blades provides clean, burr-free cuts and automatic length control for accurate finished products. The integrated PLC control system and full-colour touch screen interface allow operators to easily manage production parameters, monitor output, and switch between automatic and manual operating modes.

Designed to process steel coils ranging from 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm thickness, the machine includes a 5-ton manual decoiler, feeding table, roll forming section, hydraulic cutting unit, hydraulic power station, and computerized control cabinet.
