The Hydraulic Rotating Grab Forest Log Grapple is primarily used for handling, loading, and unloading materials such as wood, sugarcane, stone, steel slag, garbage, and scrap metal.
The grapple is made from wear-resistant steel, ensuring durability and a long operational life.
The grapple features excellent arm geometry with a wide tip-to-tip opening and minimum closing dimensions, which maximizes loading performance and gripping force.
The grapple has various models with maximum grab weights ranging from 1,000 kg to 25,000 kg, depending on the specific model.
The cushioned cylinders extend the grapple's life by reducing shock loads and enhancing the overall durability of the equipment.
The grapple uses an imported rotating motor, which significantly improves work efficiency.
Yes, the grapple is designed for various applications, including the handling of scrap metal.
The grapple offers fast cycle times, which helps maximize loading performance and overall productivity.
The grapple is designed to work with a variety of excavators, but it is recommended to check compatibility with your specific model.
The clamping force varies by model, with some models offering clamping forces of up to 21.5 KN.
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance, including checking hydraulic fluid levels and inspecting for wear and tear.
The work pressure for the grapple models typically ranges around 6.3 to 9.2 MPa, depending on the specific model.
Yes, the grapple is built with high-strength materials to withstand harsh environments, making it suitable for various applications.
The grapple is available in different sizes and specifications, accommodating various weight capacities and operational needs.
The built-in oil passage in the pin shaft allows for smoother operation and reduces friction, contributing to the durability and efficiency of the grapple.
