Animal hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a treatment method that places pets in a hyperbaric oxygen medical cabin and allows them to naturally breathe. Breathing pure oxygen at 1.8-2.5 atmospheres allows pure oxygen to dissolve in tissue fluid, increasing the oxygen content of the tissue.
