Yes. Due to the unit size and weight, and electrical requirements, professional installation and appropriate site preparation (floor load capacity, ventilation, access for freight delivery) are strongly recommended.

Session length depends on skin type and lamp output. As a general guideline start with short sessions and increase gradually under trained supervision; many facilities start beginners at low exposure times and allow sessions every 24–48 hours. Always follow the machine manual and a trained operator's guidance.

Users must wear protective eyewear, avoid overexposure, and disclose photosensitizing medications or skin conditions. Pregnant clients or those with certain medical conditions should consult a physician. Follow posted safety instructions and local regulations.

Lamp life depends on usage and model; UV output gradually decreases over time. Replace tubes according to the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals or when tanning results decline. The seller provides spare parts—contact them for recommended replacement intervals and genuine lamps.

The advertised 3-year warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and certain component failures. For warranty claims or service, contact the seller or authorized service agent with proof of purchase; request full warranty terms before buying to confirm coverage details.

Yes. It is designed for commercial environments such as gyms, wellness centers, beauty salons and spas, but can also be used in properly prepared home gym spaces.

Regularly clean surfaces with recommended non-abrasive disinfectants, keep ventilation clear, inspect lamps and electrical connections, and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. Use only approved replacement parts and arrange periodic professional servicing to maintain safe operation.
