It is a compact rotary cultivator and ridger designed for plowing, tilling, weeding, and forming ridges in cropland and dry land, especially suited to hilly and mountainous areas.

Model: JJS-S20/30 Ridger. Power range: 8.82–16.17 kW. Compatible tractor range: 8–22 HP. Size: 900 x 600 x 750 mm. Weight: 70 kg.

Yes — it is described as a gasoline rotary cultivator/tiller. Verify fuel type and engine details with the supplier or owner’s manual before operation.

The machine is intended for use with tractors in the 8–22 HP range. Ensure your tractor meets this power range for safe and effective operation.

Maximum ridging width is 750 mm and it is adjustable to accommodate different row spacings and crop requirements.

The maximum working depth (ridging depth) is 300 mm.

The machine weighs 70 kg. It is relatively lightweight for an agricultural implement but still requires two people or appropriate lifting equipment for safe handling and mounting.

It is suitable for cropland and dry land planting, and is specifically designed to work well in hilly and mountainous terrain where compact, maneuverable tillers are needed.

Ridging width is adjustable via the implement’s mounting/adjustment points (as indicated by the design). Depth is controlled by depth-setting mechanisms and tractor height/weight; follow the operator’s manual for the correct procedure and safe adjustments.

The machine is designed for small tractors in the 8–22 HP range. Attachment method (three-point hitch, drawbar, or PTO-driven) may vary—confirm the exact hitch type with the seller or in the product manual before purchase.

Regular maintenance includes checking and tightening fasteners, inspecting and replacing worn blades/tines, lubricating moving parts, checking fuel and engine systems (if self-powered), and cleaning debris after use. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

Spare parts and replacement blades are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Contact your supplier to confirm availability and part numbers.

Some assembly and attachment to the tractor will be required. Assembly complexity varies; basic mechanical skills and standard hand tools are usually sufficient. Request an assembly guide or ask the seller for installation support if needed.

Wear appropriate PPE, keep bystanders away while operating, follow tractor and implement manuals, ensure all guards are in place, disengage power before maintenance, and use proper lifting techniques when mounting/dismounting the equipment.

Warranty terms and shipping options vary by seller. Ask your supplier for details on warranty coverage, spare parts support, lead times, packaging, and freight costs prior to purchase.
