Oil milling olive oil press pressing extraction machine

This is a small electric oil press for cold/low-heat extraction of oil from oilseeds such as sunflower, rapeseed, soybean, tea seed, sesame, peanut, pepper seed and similar oil-bearing seeds.

The machine is primarily designed for oilseeds. Olives have high moisture and pulp content and often need specialized olive presses or pretreatment; contact the supplier to confirm olive compatibility and any required preprocessing.

Model: D02. Voltage: 220V. Power: 880W.

Capacity is about 5–7 kg of material per hour. Example: 500 g of peanuts can be pressed in roughly 5 minutes.

According to the specification, pressing 5 kg of seeds consumes about 1.6 kWh.

Operation is simple — Smart Control plus a one-button interface handles start/stop and basic functions, designed for easy single-person use.

The upper cover and oil bars are easy to open and disassemble; surfaces are non-stick for straightforward cleaning. After each use, remove residue, wash removable stainless-steel parts, keep vents/fans clear, and inspect screws and seals. Follow any supplier maintenance guidelines.

Major parts and the filtering mesh are made of stainless steel, including a high-density stainless 'slippery' mesh for impurity filtering.

The unit has double fan cooling and large vents to prevent overheating, allowing continuous pressing while protecting internal components.

The machine is engineered for high efficiency with a mature structure; oil yield can be comparable to larger presses. Actual yield depends on seed type, seed quality, moisture content and any pretreatment (roasting/crushing).

Product size: 480 × 160 × 360 mm (L×W×H). Net weight: 13 kg. Gross weight/packed: 15 kg. Packing size: 496 × 226 × 367 mm.

Yes — non-slip cushions reduce vibration and improve stability. Still, place on a level surface, keep hands away from moving parts, avoid splashing water on electrical parts, and follow basic electrical safety and the user manual.

Removable parts include the upper cover, oil bars and filtering mesh for cleaning and replacement. For spare parts availability and replacements, contact the supplier or authorized dealer.

Warranty and after-sales support policies vary by seller. Check with the supplier or retailer for warranty length, coverage details and instructions for service or repairs.
