The DM-240L-B is a ride-on, battery-powered floor sweeper with an enclosed cab and hydraulic controls. It features large-capacity batteries, wide-vision cab, high cleaning efficiency and is designed for parks, streets, stations, docks, municipal roads, communities, warehouses, factories, schools, stadiums, airports, hospitals and other large areas.
The DM-240L-B (DM-240L-BC specification) delivers a work efficiency of about 15,000–20,000 m²/h and cleans 8–10 times faster than traditional manual cleaning. One machine can replace approximately 8–12 cleaning workers.
Cleaning width is 2,300 mm. Main brush width is 690 mm. Side brush arrangement: front two brushes 700 mm each and rear two brushes 600 mm each.
Garbage bin capacity is 240 L and the large-capacity water tank is 400 L.
Walking speed ranges from 0–12 km/h. Walking motor is 2,200 W, roller brush motor 1,000 W, and side brush motors are 4 × 100 W.
Voltage is 48 V. Standard battery options listed are 48 V with capacities between 150 Ah and 200 Ah (optional choices available).
Filtration area is listed as 10 m². The specification shows a continuous flushing time of about 30 minutes and a single-box water sweeping area indicated as up to 80,000 m² (manufacturer data). Actual area covered per fill depends on operating speed, overlap and soil conditions.
Overall dimensions are 3,900 × 2,300 × 2,600 mm and weight is approximately 1,500 kg.
It is suitable for parks, streets, stations, docks, municipal roads, property communities, warehouses, factories, workshops, schools, stadiums, large venues, airports, hospitals and similar large-area indoor and outdoor environments.
Key differences are in cleaning width, water tank and bin capacities, motor power, filtration area and overall weight. For example, DM-C4 has 1,500–2,100 mm cleaning width and a 300 L tank; DM-HC, DM-FD and DM-FE have ~1,900 mm cleaning widths and smaller tanks (150 L); DM-FB has an 80 L tank and lower weight. Choose the model based on required cleaning width, runtime, tank size and maneuverability.
Daily: empty the garbage bin, rinse and dry tank if used, inspect and clean brushes and filters, check battery charge and general condition. Weekly/monthly: check brush wear and adjust/replate as needed, inspect hydraulic connections, check tire/drive system, clean or replace filters, and inspect electrical connections. Replace worn brushes, filters and batteries per usage and manufacturer guidance.
Common spare parts include main and side brushes, filter elements, drive belts, hydraulic fittings, batteries and wearable rubber squeegees. Contact your supplier for original replacement parts and part numbers.
