The ETERNE 50–80 TPH Alluvial Gold Trommel Wash Plant is a heavy-duty gold mining and recovery system designed for washing, screening, classifying and recovering gold from alluvial deposits. With a processing capacity of approximately 50–80 tons per hour, it is suitable for processing gold-bearing soil, sand, gravel and other unconsolidated materials.
The system integrates a double-layer trommel screen, an STL80 centrifugal gold concentrator, two gold recovery sluice boxes, a high-capacity water pump and a WEICHAI diesel generator. These components work together to separate material by particle size and recover fine gold particles and larger gold nuggets.
Featuring a durable steel construction, a wheeled chassis, adjustable support legs and a centralised electrical control cabinet, the plant is designed for practical operation in mining environments. The equipment configuration can also be customised to accommodate different feed materials and site requirements.
