Product Description
The main body of this system is composed by five systems: brewhouse system, fermentation system, cooling system, CIP system and control system.
Details: Mash tun, Boiling tun and Lauter/ tun, Whirlpool tan, auxiliary machine includes hot water tank, plate heat exchanger, centrifugal pump, control cabinet, pipeline, valves and so on.
This system design uses the advanced German design concept, materials are all SUS304, plank with posco plate, using TIG welding argon arc welding, control adopts Siemens PLC control, valve adopts pneumatic valve, can realize automatic control.
This system features: small footprint, high production efficiency, easy to operate.
Efficiency capacity for Saccharifying system: 4000l
Efficiency capacity for Hot water storage tank: 8000l
Brewhouse System
This brewhouse system separated to 4 vessels
One vessel for mashing and lauter; the other vessel for boiling and whirlpool
Heating method: electric heating or steam heating based on requirement
Material: stainless steel 304/316
Efficiency capacity: 4000 liters
Insulation: rock wool 80mm thickness
Hot water tank for brewhouse heating:
Material: stainless steel 304/316
Efficiency capacity: 8000 liters
Insulation: rock wool 80mm thickness
PRODUCT FEATURES:
1)Desiging tanks and heating system according to craft, mash tank warming≥10℃/min
2)Energy saving stir structure : large cross-section impeller, 15r/min speed
3)Sieve plate of filter tank includes welding sieve plate and milling sieve plate.
4)Plow knife of filter tank separated to one foot, feet and bow plow knife
5)Wort boiling heat way includes steam jacket, interior heating and exterior heating.
6)Material includes stainless steel 304, 316 and red copper
