BK-SHG04 Stomacher Blender Table-Top Sterile Homogenizer for Lab

The BK-SHG04 is a table-top sterile homogenizer (stomacher blender) for laboratory use. It homogenizes and mixes solid, semi-solid and liquid samples in disposable sterile bags for microbiological, food, environmental and clinical sample preparation.

It has a 4.3-inch touch-screen microcomputer control that allows you to set and run intelligent programs for flapping time, speed and spacing; programs can be saved for repeatable runs.

Flapping time: 0.1 seconds to 99 minutes 59 seconds or continuous operation. Flapping speed: 3–12 times/second. Flapping spacing: adjustable from 0 to 50 mm.

Effective sample capacity range is 3–400 ml, and the adjustable flapping spacing helps accommodate different sample volumes and consistencies.

The unit uses 17 × 30 cm disposable sterile bags (standard pack: 100 pcs). Replacement bags should match this size or be confirmed compatible with the manufacturer.

Safety features include a toughened glass observation window, anti-pinch protection, pause function, and soft start mode to minimize abrupt motion at startup.

The BK-SHG04 model can store up to 8 program groups for quick recall of commonly used settings.

Key differences: BK-SHG04 stores 8 programs, consumes 200 W; BK-SHG05 stores 12 programs, consumes 500 W and additionally offers temperature control up to 80°C and UV lamp disinfection. Check model specifications when ordering.

Temperature control (RT–80°C) and UV lamp disinfection are available on the BK-SHG05 model. The BK-SHG04 does not include these functions.
