Epson XP600 Inkjet Dtf Uv Flatbed Impresora A3 Uv Dtf Printer Sticker 30cm Transfer ab Film Pet for Phone case

This printer is designed for producing high-quality custom prints such as stickers, phone-case transfers, labels, cards, small wallpaper samples and other personalized items using UV-curable inks and PET/AB transfer film.

Maximum print area is up to 300 x 500 mm (A3). The machine supports substrate thicknesses from approximately 1 mm up to 12.7 mm, making it suitable for thin sheets and many phone-case blanks.

The system uses Epson XP600 printheads (2 pcs) and UV-curable inks. The color mode supports White + CMYK plus additional varnish/clearcoat channels for special finishes.

The unit is a hybrid-style printer described as a UV flatbed with roll-to-roll capability, intended to handle rigid items on the platen and flexible PET/AB transfer film on roll media.

Compatible media include AB/PET transfer film (for DTF transfers), sticker vinyls, coated cards, leather, some fabrics (with appropriate pretreatment), label stocks and many common phone-case materials. Always test new substrates.

The printer supports 110V or 220V power configurations. Recommended operating temperature range is 15–28°C with stable humidity; adequate ventilation is advised due to UV curing.

Yes. It supports white ink (for underbase on dark substrates) and additional varnish/clearcoat channels to create gloss/matte effects and protect prints.

Most setups use RIP software that accepts TIFF, PNG, JPEG, PDF and other common formats; the exact RIP bundled may vary by supplier. Ask your vendor which RIP and driver package is included and recommended settings for UV inks.

The general workflow is: print artwork onto PET/AB transfer film with the appropriate ink laydown (including white underbase if needed), cure with UV lamps, apply any required adhesive or lamination per film instructions, then transfer to the phone case using the supplier’s recommended heat/pressure or adhesion method. Follow the film and adhesive manufacturer's instructions for best results.

Routine tasks include daily nozzle checks and automated head cleaning cycles, keeping the printhead capping station clean, using recommended UV inks and cleaning solutions, wiping surfaces and rails, and performing periodic deep clean procedures as advised by the manufacturer to prevent clogging and ensure color consistency.

Consumables include UV inks (CMYK, white, and varnish), PET/AB transfer film or other media, cleaning fluids, replacement wipers and caps, and eventually replacement printheads. Keep a stock of common consumables to reduce downtime.

Dimensions are approximately 122 x 75 x 65 cm (L x W x H) and the unit weighs about 124 kg. Ensure you have sufficient space and floor/load capacity before delivery.

Support and training availability depends on the seller or distributor. Ask your vendor about included installation, setup, operator training, and ongoing technical and warranty support before purchase.

Some rigid or specially coated phone-case materials can be printed directly if properly fixed in the platen and compatible with UV inks. However, many users prefer transfer film for consistent adhesion and finish. Always perform tests on your specific case material.

Operate the printer in a well-ventilated area, avoid direct skin and eye exposure to uncured UV ink, use gloves when handling inks and cleaning solutions, and follow all MSDS guidelines for the supplied inks. Ensure proper disposal of waste according to local regulations.
