Electric Pressure Fryer Deep Fried Chicken Machine

The primary model is electric. Power rating is 12 kW and it is designed for 380 V supply (three‑phase). Confirm local electrical compatibility before installation.

Specification lists machinery capacity as 10 L and a 30 L capacity variant. Different models/variants may be offered—confirm the exact capacity when ordering.

Unit dimensions are approximately 1.01 m (L) × 0.7 m (W) × 1.16 m (H). Net weight is listed as around 100 kg; packaged/crated gross weight is shown as 550 kg (crate + shipping materials).

The fryer is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and easier cleaning.

Designed for pressure frying a variety of foods including chicken, duck, fish, meat and snack items; suitable for restaurants, catering, food trucks and home gatherings.

This is a semi‑automatic pressure fryer—controls and safety interlocks simplify operation but some user intervention (loading, unloading, monitoring) is required.

Heating method for the listed model is electric (electric heating elements). The product listing also references electric, gas and LPG energy options—contact the supplier for alternative fuel configurations (gas/LPG) if needed.

Follow the operator manual and safety instructions. Typical safety items include a pressure‑rated lid with secure locking, pressure‑release valve, overtemperature protection, and grounded electrical connection. Never open the fryer while it is pressurized and always allow pressure to release and oil to cool to a safe temperature before servicing.

Typical steps: install on a level, stable surface and connect to proper power; fill with recommended frying oil to the indicated level; preheat to the required temperature; load product in basket, close and lock lid; set time/temperature/pressure per recipe; start fry cycle; allow pressure to release before opening, then remove and drain. Consult the supplied manual for model‑specific settings and procedures.

Use high‑quality frying oil suitable for deep frying (e.g., refined vegetable oils). Filter oil daily (or per production schedule) to remove debris and change oil according to product type, usage intensity and oil quality checks—typically after a defined number of fry cycles or when oil shows degradation. Follow food‑safety guidelines for your operation.

Allow oil to cool and depressurize before cleaning. Drain and filter oil, wipe and clean interior and exterior with non‑abrasive cleaners suitable for stainless steel (SUS304). Routinely inspect seals, gaskets, pressure release valve and heating elements; replace wear parts as needed. Follow the maintenance schedule in the user manual.

Standard accessories often include frying baskets and a lid, but included items can vary by seller or model. Confirm the list of included accessories with the supplier or sales documentation before purchase.

Prepare a proper electrical supply (380 V three‑phase) with appropriate breaker and grounding, adequate ventilation for heat and cooking fumes, a stable level surface, and sufficient clearance around the unit for safe operation and maintenance. Check local codes for ventilation and fire safety requirements.

Single package size is listed as 200 × 150 × 200 cm with a single gross weight of 550 kg (crated). Actual shipping dimensions/weight may vary by model and packing options—confirm with the supplier or freight forwarder.
