Diesel Wood Splitter – Model YLP-1000

The Large Tractor Hydraulic Kindling Machine Wood Splitter and Cutter Machine Log Splitter is designed to split and cut logs into firewood or kindling for forestry work, wood waste recycling, farm clearing, commercial wood processing, and home heating preparation.

The machine dimensions are 2000 × 960 × 1630 mm (L × W × H) and it weighs 380 kg.

The specification lists Power Type as Diesel and Engine Type as Electric Engine with 13 hp power. Because this is contradictory, please confirm with the supplier which drive version (diesel engine, electric motor, or tractor hydraulic/PTO) is supplied or available before purchase.

The name indicates tractor hydraulic compatibility, but the listing does not detail hitch or PTO requirements. Verify with the seller whether the unit is tractor-mounted, requires a hydraulic hookup, or is a self-contained power unit.

The product is marketed as easy to operate and suitable for beginners. Basic training on safe operation and routine checks is recommended. Request the operator manual and any instructional videos from the supplier.

Follow standard wood-splitting safety: wear protective gear (gloves, goggles, steel-toe boots), keep bystanders clear, follow lockout procedures before maintenance, and only operate from the designated control points. Ask the supplier for the machine's specific safety features and recommended safety procedures.

Maximum log diameter and recommended length are not listed in the provided specs. Contact the seller for exact capacity (max diameter, length, and wedge configuration) to ensure it meets your needs.

Throughput depends on log size, operator speed, and power configuration. The specification does not include hourly output; request test report data or video inspection from the supplier to estimate real-world performance.

Regular maintenance typically includes checking hydraulic fluid levels and hoses, inspecting and sharpening/replacing wedges or blades, lubricating moving parts, tightening fasteners, and following the engine/motor manufacturer’s service schedule. Ask the supplier for the maintenance manual and recommended service intervals.

Spare parts availability is not specified. Confirm with the supplier or manufacturer about availability of replacement wedges/blades, hydraulic components, seals, and other consumables.

Yes — the product description states it includes video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report. Request these materials before shipment to verify condition and performance.

The machine is described as compact for easier transportation given its 380 kg weight and the listed dimensions. For transport, ensure you have appropriate lifting equipment and a suitable vehicle or trailer rated for at least 380 kg plus securement.

Warranty and after-sales support are not listed in the provided specs. Ask the supplier about warranty length, coverage, spare parts support, and availability of technical service or local dealers.

The heavy-duty construction and 13 hp rating suggest suitability for commercial use, but continuous-duty capabilities depend on the final powertrain and hydraulic system. Request duty-cycle specifications and test reports from the seller to confirm suitability for continuous commercial operation.

Confirm the exact power configuration (diesel vs electric vs tractor hydraulic/PTO), maximum log diameter and length capacity, hitch/connection requirements, throughput figures or test report, warranty and spare parts availability, and request the outgoing inspection video and machinery test report.
