Hydraulic 500 Wood Processor Log Splitter Auto Saw Firewood Processor

The model is RM500PLUS. It is a hydraulic wood processor and log splitter with an integrated auto saw, designed to cut and split logs into firewood efficiently for home, commercial, forestry, or farm use.

Net weight: 1300 kg. Dimensions (L×W×H): 2080 × 1000 × 1200 mm. Power: 27 HP gasoline engine. Rated processing capacity: up to 8 tons/hour (actual throughput varies with wood species and operator).

It uses a heavy-duty 6-way splitting wedge for fast multi-piece splitting in a single cycle.

The processor is designed for typical firewood logs. Maximum workable diameter and log length depend on the log shape and wood species. For exact maximum dimensions, consult the technical manual or contact the seller with the logs you intend to process.

Rated capacity is up to 8 tons per hour. Actual output depends on log diameter, species (hard vs. softwood), moisture content, operator speed, and feed setup.

The unit is powered by a 27 HP gasoline engine. Use the fuel grade and oil type recommended in the engine manufacturer’s manual and follow the engine maintenance schedule.

The unit is largely assembled at the factory and includes video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report. Minor assembly and setup (mounting, fluid checks, and safety inspections) are typically required; follow the supplied startup checklist and user manual.

Operate on level ground, wear PPE (eye, hearing, gloves, steel-toe boots), keep hands and clothing away from moving parts, follow lockout/tagout before maintenance, never bypass guards, and only operate if trained. Observe local safety and emissions regulations.

Regular checks include engine oil and filter changes per the engine manual, monitoring/periodically replacing hydraulic fluid and filters, checking hoses and fittings for leaks, greasing pivot points, and inspecting the splitting wedge for wear. Follow the maintenance intervals in the user manual.

Single package size is 250 × 200 × 200 cm. Confirm gross packaged weight and shipping details with the seller before arranging transport; a forklift or crane is usually required for loading/unloading.

Spare parts and service availability vary by supplier. Contact the seller or authorized dealer for parts lists, availability of common wear parts (wedge, blades, hydraulic components), and service support.

Yes — color can be provided to customer requirements. Optional accessories or configurations (conveyors, trailers, different wedges) may be available; contact the seller to discuss customization and available options.

Yes — the machine includes a video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report confirming operation before shipment.

The gasoline engine produces exhaust and noise, so operate outdoors and comply with local emissions and noise ordinances. Use hearing protection and consider timing operation to minimize disturbance.

Suitable for homeowners who need firewood, farms, forestry and logging operations, contractors doing landscaping or small construction projects, and outdoor enthusiasts. Training or experience with log processors and safety practices is recommended.
