Curtain Ironing Machine Commercial Cloth Steam Ironing Machine

It's designed for high-volume steaming and finishing of curtains and textiles in commercial settings such as laundry services, hotels, fabric stores, and tailoring shops; it can also be used at home for large curtains.

Power: 750 W; Voltage: 220 V; Steam pressure: 0.4–0.5 MPa; Steam consumption: 20 kg/h; Steam inlet: 20 mm; Dimensions: 1300×1200×1400 mm; Weight: 350 kg.

The machine is suitable for most curtain and garment fabrics (cotton, linen, polyester blends, etc.). For delicate fabrics (silk, velvet, sequined items) test on an inconspicuous area and use lower steam exposure or a protective cloth.

It produces up to 20 kg/h of steam and a pressure of 0.4–0.5 MPa, which is intended for heavy-duty, continuous commercial workloads when installed and maintained correctly.

Use distilled or demineralized water where possible to minimize scale buildup. If tap water is used, follow a regular descaling schedule based on local water hardness.

Place on a level, load-bearing floor; connect to a 220 V power supply per local electrical codes; connect the steam outlet via the specified 20 mm inlet/outlet fittings. Professional installation is recommended due to weight (350 kg) and steam safety requirements.

No. At 350 kg the unit is heavy and not designed for frequent relocation; use a forklift or lifting equipment and at least two trained personnel for repositioning or installation.

Regular tasks include daily draining of condensate, checking water levels and safety valves, periodic descaling (frequency depends on water hardness), inspecting steam hoses and fittings for wear, and following the manufacturer's service schedule.

Keep clear of steam jets to avoid burns, wear heat-resistant gloves where appropriate, ensure proper ventilation, follow lockout procedures before maintenance, and never bypass safety valves or pressure controls.

Check water supply and level, ensure steam lines and nozzles are not blocked, inspect for leaks, verify power and heating element operation, and descale the boiler if mineral deposits are present. Contact service if problems persist.

Spare parts and after-sales service availability vary by supplier/region. Contact the seller or authorized distributor (brand: SHARE) for parts, technical support, and authorized service centers.

Adequate ventilation is recommended for commercial steam equipment to remove excess humidity and heat from the workspace. Follow local building and safety codes for ventilation requirements.

Included accessories vary by supplier; commonly used items are steam hoses, iron heads/attachments, garment rails or hangers, and condensate traps. Check the product package or vendor listing for exact inclusions.

Rated power is 750 W. Actual energy consumption depends on operating patterns, steam demand, and duty cycle. Efficient operation is achieved through proper maintenance and minimizing unnecessary idling.

Warranty terms differ by seller and region. Check your purchase documentation or contact the retailer/distributor (SHARE) for warranty length, coverage details, and product registration instructions.
