Steam Press Iron Equipment Electric Industrial Laundry Machine

It's a heavy-duty steam press designed for industrial ironing and finishing of garments and linens. Ideal for commercial laundries, garment factories, hotels/restaurants, tailoring shops and dry-cleaning services that require fast, professional pressing.

The machine's specification lists a 220V electrical requirement. Confirm the required phase (single- or three-phase), amperage and breaker size with the supplier or installation manual before wiring and installation.

The machine weighs approximately 400 kg. Due to its weight and size, professional lifting equipment (forklift or pallet jack) and at least two trained installers are recommended. Ensure the floor is level and can support the load; secure proper anchoring if required.

Core components include the motor, steam boiler/generator and press platen, control panel, safety valves and associated plumbing. Specific component layouts vary by model; request a parts diagram from the vendor for details.

The machine is suitable for a wide variety of fabrics commonly handled in commercial settings. Use appropriate temperature and steam settings for delicate fabrics (silk, wool, synthetics) and always test a sample or follow fabric care labels. Consult the operator manual for recommended settings.

Throughput depends on the model, garment type, operator skill and preset settings. Production capacity is variable; contact the supplier with your workload details for an estimated pieces-per-hour rate and model recommendation.

Standard safety considerations include high-temperature and high-pressure steam hazards, pinch points on the press, and electrical safety. Use protective gloves and eye protection, follow lockout/tagout for maintenance, and ensure emergency stop buttons are functional. Training is required before operation.

Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of the platen, draining and flushing the boiler to avoid scale buildup, checking steam lines and valves for leaks, lubricating moving parts per the manual and scheduling periodic professional servicing of the motor and boiler system.

Use low-mineral or demineralized/distilled water where recommended to reduce limescale and extend boiler life. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance on water quality and any recommended water-treatment systems.

Yes — the machine features easy-to-use controls designed for efficient handling. Specific control layout and functions vary by model; training is advised to use all features safely and effectively.

Allocate adequate floor space for the unit, operator movement and loading/unloading. Provide good ventilation or extraction to manage steam and humidity in the workspace. Exact footprint and clearances vary by model, so consult the dimensional drawing before installation.

Contact the seller or authorized service center for genuine spare parts, maintenance kits and repairs. Keep the machine serial number and purchase details handy for warranty and parts lookup.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and seller. Typical coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period. Check your purchase contract or contact the vendor for specific warranty duration, exclusions and the process for claims.

Yes — it's built for heavy-duty, continuous use in industrial settings. To ensure longevity under continuous operation, adhere to recommended maintenance schedules, use proper water quality, and rotate workload when possible.

Consider factors such as daily throughput requirements, types of garments/fabrics, available floor space, electrical supply and budget. Provide these details to the supplier so they can recommend the appropriate model and optional features.
