CR819 Common Rail diesel Fuel Injector and Pump Tester Common Rail Injector Repairing Machine

The CR819 is a professional test bench designed for testing, diagnosing and supporting repair of common rail injectors and fuel pump systems. It supports HEUI, EUI and EUP units, includes a cambox and a comprehensive adaptor set, and is intended for workshop use to perform flow, leakage, opening-pressure and spray tests.

The CR819 supports common rail injectors and pump systems as well as HEUI, EUI and EUP injector types. With the supplied adaptor set it is compatible with most Bosch, Denso and Cummins style injectors; additional brand-specific adaptors can be added where required.

The standard package includes a cambox, a complete adaptor set covering common Bosch, Denso and Cummins injector interfaces, high-pressure hoses, connection fittings, basic test nozzles and mounting fixtures. Exact contents can vary by supplier—check the packing list or order sheet for the itemized kit.

The cambox simulates camshaft-driven movement or timing inputs needed to operate certain pump or injector types during testing. It allows the test bench to reproduce engine timing and mechanical actuation conditions required for accurate pump/injector diagnostics and dynamic tests.

Typical tests include static opening-pressure checks, dynamic opening pressure, spray pattern and atomization inspection, return-flow/leakage measurements, fuel flow rate measurement, and pump delivery/pressure testing. The cambox enables timed/dynamic tests for pump and actuator behavior.

The Bosch/Denso Common Rail Injector Repair Tools Kit provides specialized disassembly/reassembly tools for Bosch and Denso CR injectors. Kits typically contain nozzle holders, removing/press tools, seaters, retaining ring tools, guides and other workshop tools required to access nozzles, valves and internal parts safely.

The CRM3000 is an advanced tool set for detailed repair work on common rail injectors. It is intended for precision stripping, cleaning, inspection and reassembly of injector components and is suitable for more complex or frequent workshop-level repairs on Bosch and Denso injectors.

Shim sets (Bosch 120 series, Bosch 110 series, Denso, Cummins) are packs of thin precision shims used to adjust nozzle clearance, preload or seating heights inside injectors. They let technicians fine-tune injector internal geometry for correct spray timing and pressure characteristics. The product offers high quantities (400–500 pieces) so workshops have common sizes on hand.

The Bosch Stage 3 Repair Kit is a comprehensive set of replacement components for advanced repair of Bosch common rail injectors. It typically includes nozzles, valve parts, sealing elements (O-rings, seals), springs and other precision components needed for an in-depth rebuild. Confirm exact part list with the seller for your injector model.

Calibration frequency depends on workshop workload and local regulations; a common recommendation is annual calibration or after any major service, transport or suspected measurement drift. The CR819 is designed for workshop-level diagnostic accuracy, but for certified measurement accuracy refer to the manufacturer's calibration certificate and technical specifications provided with the unit.

Power requirements vary by model and region—many test benches are offered in 110V or 220–240V mains versions. Check the product specification sheet or the machine data plate supplied by the vendor to confirm voltage, frequency and fuse requirements for your unit.

Use appropriate PPE (safety glasses, gloves), work in a well-ventilated area, relieve system pressure before disconnecting components, secure injectors correctly in the vise clamp, avoid contact with high-pressure fuel, and follow the machine's user manual for safe operation procedures. Ensure all connections are tight before pressurizing and never exceed recommended test pressures.

Yes. Replacement nozzles, seal kits, injector components and shim sets are normally available as spare parts or consumables. Contact your supplier or the manufacturer's spare-parts department with injector model numbers to confirm compatibility and ordering information.

The unit is supplied with a user manual and basic operating instructions. Many vendors also offer optional on-site training, remote training sessions or technical support packages—check with your supplier for available training options and pricing.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and reseller. Typical offerings include a limited parts and labor warranty for a set period plus optional extended service plans. Technical support is usually available via phone or email; ask your seller for specific warranty coverage, service center locations and recommended maintenance plans.
