Complete Paper Production Line Toilet Tissue Paper Making Machine

A turnkey production line designed to manufacture high-quality toilet tissue at commercial scale. It integrates forming, rewinding, perforating and finishing functions with advanced controls to deliver efficient, reliable tissue production.

Voltage: 220V/380V; Production speed: 150–280 m/min; Power: 18 kW; Machine dimensions (L*W*H): 6200*2600*800 mm; Weight: 2800 kg; Paper width: 2200 mm; Finished roll diameter: 50–1800 mm (adjustable); Core diameter: standard 76 mm; Perforation pitch: 2-ply 150–300 mm, 3-ply 80–220 mm.

Operating speed ranges from 150 to 280 meters per minute. Actual output (rolls/hour) depends on roll diameter, ply count, perforation pitch and winding configuration.

Finished roll diameters are adjustable between 50 mm and 1800 mm. The standard core diameter is 76 mm. Other core sizes may be available on request—confirm with the supplier.

Perforation pitch settings are provided for common configurations: for 2-ply tissue: 150–300 mm; for 3-ply tissue: 80–220 mm. Pitch is adjustable within those ranges to suit product specifications.

The machine supports 220V or 380V supply and has a rated power consumption of 18 kW. A stable, properly grounded electrical supply sized by the site electrician is required.

The line uses PLC-based controls with stepless variable speed drive for fine control, high-performance motors, and operator interfaces for process adjustments. These features enable precise control of speed, tension and winding.

Yes. It includes a video outgoing inspection system for quality assurance and the supplier provides a comprehensive machinery test report prior to shipment.

Robust components such as PLC control, well-matched high-performance motors, pressure vessels (where applicable), and precision rewinding assemblies contribute to reliable, high-speed production.

Installation, commissioning and operator training are commonly offered by suppliers as optional services. Confirm availability, scope, and any associated costs with the vendor when requesting a quote.

Regular preventive maintenance (lubrication, belt/roller inspection, cleaning of sensors/cameras, checking electrical connections) is recommended. Suppliers typically offer spare-parts kits and can supply wear parts and consumables—verify parts lead times with the vendor.

The machine is designed to work with standard industrial safety measures (emergency stop, guarded moving parts, electrical protection). Exact safety provisions and certifications vary—request full safety specifications from the supplier.

Yes. The line supports adjustable finished diameters and paper widths and can often be customized (e.g., different perforation patterns, core sizes, or additional unwinding/rewinding stations). Discuss product requirements with the supplier to determine customization options.

Warranty terms and after-sales service packages vary by supplier. Typical offerings include limited equipment warranty, spare-parts support and paid maintenance contracts. Ask the vendor for their specific warranty, response times and service-level details.

Contact the supplier with your required configuration, product specifications and destination. They will provide a formal quote that includes machine cost, customization options, lead time, packing/shipping terms and any installation or training fees.
