The machine produces approximately 150–170 kg of noodles per hour under normal operating conditions.

Power = 3 kW. Voltage options are 110V, 220V, or 380V. Confirm required phase and plug type with the supplier before purchase or installation.

Dimensions (L*W*H): 2400 x 570 x 1225 mm. Weight: 410 kg. Plan for sufficient floor space and handling equipment for installation.

The machine is constructed from stainless steel and carton steel, offering durability and ease of cleaning.

Because key components are stainless steel, routine cleaning is straightforward. Always disconnect power before cleaning, remove and clean cutters/dies, wipe down surfaces, and follow the maintenance schedule in the user manual (lubrication and periodic inspection).

Engineers are available to service machinery overseas. Spare parts availability and lead times vary by supplier — request details when ordering and consider stocking critical spares.

Yes — the machine comes with a machinery test report for quality assurance. Ask the seller for copies of test certificates and performance data.

Standard commercial safety features typically include guards, emergency stop, and safe electrical wiring. Specific safety details should be confirmed with the manufacturer or supplier.

Prepare a stable, level floor that can support a 410 kg machine, ensure the correct electrical supply (voltage/phase), provide adequate ventilation and work clearance around the unit, and plan for lifting/positioning equipment during installation.

The machine can process a variety of flours, but dough characteristics differ by flour type. You may need recipe and setting adjustments; perform trials or consult the supplier for recommended settings.

Warranty, delivery methods, and packaging details vary by seller. Because this is a heavy machine, it is usually shipped crated. Confirm warranty length, installation assistance, and shipping terms with the supplier before purchase.
