Commercial Meat Mincer Meat Grinders Frozen Meat Mixer Grinder for Processing (MODEL 160)

This is MODEL 160 (also listed as JR 160). It has a rated production capacity of approximately 3000–4000 kg per hour, depending on meat type, temperature and processing settings.

The grinder uses a 15 kW motor and is designed for 380 V, 50 Hz three‑phase electrical supply. A qualified electrician should install an appropriately rated circuit breaker and disconnect; confirm local electrical standards before installation.

Major contact surfaces and the exterior are made from 304 food‑grade stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and suitable for food processing environments.

Yes — the unit is designed for grinding frozen meat and is specified for chicken meat with bone. Throughput and wear depend on how frozen the meat is and bone size; very large or thick bones should be pre‑cut to avoid damage.

Typical uses include sausage processing, industrial chicken/meat grinding, butcher shops, meat processing plants, restaurants, and catering operations requiring high‑volume grinding.

Overall dimensions are 1625 × 855 × 1450 mm (L × W × H) and the unit weighs about 1000 kg. Allow extra space around the machine for feeding, discharge, cleaning and maintenance. A solid floor and forklift access for installation are recommended.

Follow a daily washdown routine: disconnect power, disassemble food‑contact parts per the manual, wash with hot water and food‑safe detergent, rinse and sanitize, then dry. Inspect and sharpen or replace knives/plates as needed. Avoid spraying water on electrical components; perform scheduled inspections of bearings, seals and fasteners.

Spare parts availability varies by supplier. Common consumables include cutting knives, grinding plates, belts and seals. Contact the vendor or authorized dealer to order parts specific to MODEL 160.

Commercial grinders should be operated with all guards and safety interlocks in place and by trained personnel. Confirm with the supplier which safety devices (e.g., emergency stop, guards, interlocks) are fitted to the supplied unit and follow local machine‑safety regulations.

Training and installation support policies vary by seller. It is recommended to arrange professional installation and basic operator training covering safe operation, cleaning, and maintenance—check with your supplier for available services.

This is an industrial‑grade grinder with a powerful 15 kW motor; expect moderate to high noise and vibration during operation. Use hearing protection for operators and mount the machine on a solid, level surface to minimize vibration.

The machine is designed for sausage processing (grinding/mixing). Sausage stuffing may require additional stuffing attachments or linked equipment. Confirm compatibility and available accessories with the supplier.

Prepare a dedicated three‑phase 380 V power supply with proper protection, a level and reinforced floor, adequate drainage and hygiene measures, sufficient ceiling height and clearance for feeding/discharge, and forklift access for placement. Follow the supplier’s installation checklist.

Warranty terms and after‑sales support vary by manufacturer and dealer. Ask the seller for warranty length, scope (parts/labor), spare parts lead times and local service options before purchase.

Because the unit weighs about 1000 kg, it is usually palletized or crated for freight. Delivery may require a forklift or crane to unload. Confirm packaging, shipping method, lead times and on‑site delivery requirements with the vendor prior to purchase.
