Product Description
Introduction
The mesh belt drying machine is using hot air as drying medium, material is conveyed by multi-layers stainless steel mesh belt. The hot air through the mesh belt from the bottom layer to the top layer, finally, the moisture goes out the top of the dryer and the dried goes out the discharge conveyor. The heat source have electricity, gas, diesel, wood, biomass, boiler. You can choose the one that is most convenient and economical for you.
Characteristics
1. The mesh belt drying machine uses the hot air produced by the oven heat as the drying medium. Through the hot air distribution unit, the hot air is transported to the mesh belt.
2. The volume of hot air, mesh belt running speed, temperature and humidity can be adjusted through the electric control system, to ensure continuous and automatic operation.
3. The mesh belt drying machine not only according to the heat to dry, but also according to the strong air, the air volume can reach 40000 cube meters per hour.
