Chocolate Equipment Chocolate Pouring Forming Machine Full Automatic Chocolate Depositing Line

It is a full-automatic chocolate depositing line (brand Junyu) designed to pour, deposit and form a variety of chocolate products for snack factories, bakeries and chocolate factories.

Key specs: weight ~5000 kg; dimensions 3600×725×1560 mm; voltage 380V 50Hz (plug powered); material: food-grade stainless steel; multifunctional depositing/forming for chocolate.

It can produce pralines/bonbons, filled chocolates, molded bars and many other shaped chocolates. With appropriate molds and line configuration it can also assist in enrobing and coating processes.

Throughput depends on mold size, cavity count, machine speed and product complexity. Provide your target product size and desired output and we can supply model-specific capacity figures.

Some configurations include an integrated tempering unit; others require an external temperer. Confirm tempering inclusion when ordering or request a packaged line with tempering.

Standard requirement is 380V, 50Hz three-phase power. The machine weighs ~5000 kg so a reinforced floor and appropriate lifting/unloading equipment are recommended. Allow clearance around the machine per site layout.

The line is full automatic with adjustable operating parameters. Exact control interface (PLC, touch screen, recipe management, etc.) depends on configuration — request the control spec sheet for the chosen model.

All food-contact components are made from food-grade stainless steel to meet hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements.

Design allows disassembly of key parts for manual cleaning; some configurations may support CIP-style cleaning. Follow your factory’s HACCP/GMP procedures and use approved food-safe detergents and sanitizers.

Routine maintenance includes checking seals and wear parts, lubrication of moving components, inspection of electrical connections and periodic calibration of depositor settings. A preventative maintenance schedule should be established with the supplier’s guidance.

Yes. The line supports a variety of molds and can be customized for specific product shapes, cavity counts and automation options. Provide artwork, mold drawings or product samples to obtain a customization quote.

Standard safety features typically include protective guards, emergency stop(s) and interlocks. Exact safety features and compliance with local standards will be confirmed in the machine specification and CE/safety documentation if requested.

Installation, commissioning and operator training are normally available. Options include on-site commissioning and training or remote support; confirm availability and costs when ordering.

Warranty terms, spare parts availability and after-sales support vary by supplier agreement. Contact the seller to get detailed warranty periods, spare parts lists and service contract options.

To order, provide product requirements, desired configuration and delivery location. Lead time depends on configuration and order volume — request a formal quote for exact timing. Due to the machine weight and size, shipping is by crate/containers and may require special handling; the supplier can arrange freight and installation logistics.
