Automatic High Performance Food Twin Screw Extruder Soya Meat Analogues Machine

The Automatic High Performance Food Twin Screw Extruder is designed to produce soya meat analogues and other texturized plant-protein products (e.g., textured vegetable protein) from raw materials such as soybean meal and peanut meal.

Capacity ranges from approximately 150 to 1000 kg per hour, depending on the selected model, recipe, moisture content and operating parameters.

Available models have total installed power between about 75 and 183 kW. Actual energy consumption depends on load and operating conditions — roughly 75–183 kWh per hour at full rated load. Voltage options include 220V, 380V or customized designs.

Overall dimensions are 4590 × 1160 × 2020 mm (L×W×H) and the machine weight is approximately 2000 kg.

The unit is primarily specified for soybean meal and peanut meal. Many other plant protein flours (pea, wheat gluten, etc.) can be processed as well, but suitability and optimal recipes should be validated with the supplier or through pilot trials.

It uses a twin-screw extrusion system with a linear slide face cutting system for shaping/cutting extrudates, enabling good mixing, shearing and texturization for meat analogues.

Main motor is from Siemens. Key electrical components include brands such as LG, FUJI and Omron, providing industrial-grade reliability and control.

The machine supports electric, gas or oil power sources as configured for heating and ancillary units; final configuration depends on the model and customer requirements.

This machine is certified with CE, BV and ISO9001, indicating compliance with common European safety and quality management standards.

The equipment is designed for automatic, continuous operation and uses industrial electrical control components (e.g., Omron/FUJI). Specifics such as PLC type, HMI and level of automation should be confirmed with the supplier and ordering documentation.

Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of product-contact parts, frequent inspection and lubrication of bearings and seals, and periodic replacement of wear parts (screws, barrels, cutter blades). Many parts are accessible for disassembly; follow supplier cleaning and maintenance manuals for food-safety procedures.

Common wear parts include screw elements, barrel liners, cutter blades and seals. The supplier typically stocks or sources OEM-compatible spare parts — discuss lead times and spare-parts kits when purchasing.

As a CE-certified machine, it includes safety interlocks, emergency-stop controls and guarded moving parts. Exact safety items (locks, light curtains, E-stops) vary by configuration—confirm final safety package with the manufacturer.

Yes. Product texture and appearance are adjusted by recipe, screw configuration, temperature/pressure profiles and die/cutter tooling. Customization of screws, dies and downstream cutting systems is common to meet specific product requirements.

Most suppliers provide installation, commissioning, start-up support and operator/maintenance training either on-site or at the factory. Availability, scope and cost should be confirmed with the vendor before purchase.
