Big Ball Pit Cleaner Machine for Cleaning Machine

The Big Ball Pit Cleaner Machine is an electric cleaning unit designed to scrub, wash and help sanitize play balls used in ball pits. It speeds up maintenance by mechanically cleaning large numbers of balls more efficiently than manual methods.

Key specs include a powerful 1100W electric motor, unit weight of 45 kg, and compact dimensions of 590 x 540 x 1030 mm. The unit is supplied new and is intended for ball-cleaning applications.

The machine is designed for typical plastic ball pit balls used in play areas, schools and recreation centers. For unusual sizes, very soft foam balls, or specialty materials, check with the supplier to confirm compatibility before use.

The cleaner uses rotating/scrubbing elements combined with water and cleaning solution to wash balls. Use mild, non-toxic detergents or disinfectants recommended by the manufacturer. Refer to the user manual for approved chemicals and dilution rates.

The machine is driven by a 1100W electric motor. Exact voltage, plug type and current requirements can vary by market—please consult the product datasheet or contact the seller to confirm compatibility with your local mains supply.

Specifics about water supply (internal reservoir versus external connection) are provided in the product manual. Contact the supplier for details on reservoir capacity and plumbing options relevant to your model.

Cleaning throughput depends on ball size, machine settings and soil level. The machine is built for efficient batch cleaning of standard ball pit balls; consult the seller for typical throughput benchmarks or ask for a demonstration to estimate cycle times for your needs.

The machine is intended for use by trained adult operators. Keep children away during operation. Ensure balls are fully rinsed, dried and approved for return to play per local health guidelines before allowing children back into the ball pit.

Regular maintenance typically includes cleaning the machine after use, checking and replacing wear parts (brushes, seals, hoses), inspecting electrical connections and following the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance recommendations to ensure reliable performance.

The machine weighs 45 kg and has compact dimensions for easier storage. Because of its weight, move it using built-in wheels (if fitted), a trolley or with two people to avoid injury. Store in a dry, sheltered area when not in use.

The machine performs washing and scrubbing; disinfection depends on using an appropriate EPA/health authority-approved disinfectant and following required contact times. Verify recommended disinfectants with the manufacturer and comply with local sanitation standards.

Spare parts and after-sales service availability vary by supplier and region. Ask the seller about common spare parts (brushes, filters, seals), lead times and authorized service centers before purchase.

Typical safety features include emergency stop, guarded moving parts, and clear operator instructions. Always follow the user manual, wear recommended PPE during maintenance, and ensure electrical connections meet local codes.

Warranty terms are not included in the basic product description. Contact the seller or manufacturer to get specific warranty coverage, duration and service terms for your purchase.

This machine is ideal for play areas with ball pits, schools, recreation centers, child care facilities, event operators using inflatable ball pits, and any location that requires regular, efficient cleaning of ball pit balls.
