Medium frequency inverter spot projection welding machine is a set of advanced welding equipment. Widely used, welding transformers have a small volume and large output energy. Its superior performance is due to the increase in the frequency of its welding transformer from 50/60Hz to 1000Hz, which greatly reduces the weight of the iron core material. In addition, the rectifier diode in the secondary circuit of the transformer converts electrical energy into DC power for welding. This can greatly improve the value of the secondary circuit inductance coefficient, which is an important factor leading to energy loss and can almost be ignored in DC welding circuits, thereby minimizing production costs.
