Automatic U-Shaped Barbed Wire Turf Nails Grass Sod Staples Nail Making Machine with Motor & Pump Best Price

It automatically forms U-shaped nails (turf/grass staples and nails used for barbed wire and fencing) from wire, producing up to 180 pieces per minute using a 4 kW motor and hydraulic/pneumatic pump with PLC control.

Rated speed is 180 pieces per minute (theoretical continuous output up to about 10,800 pieces per hour). The listed "Production Capacity: 900" in the spec sheet appears inconsistent — please confirm with the seller for the intended unit (e.g., per shift/day) before ordering.

Nail length range: 30–160 mm. Nail thickness (wire diameter): 2.0–4.5 mm. The machine is designed to form U-shaped staples/nails within these ranges.

The machine works with steel wire compatible with the 2.0–4.5 mm diameter range. Low-carbon steel and spring steel are commonly used; stainless steel is possible but may affect tool life. Confirm wire grade and surface treatment with the supplier for best results.

Motor power is 4 kW and total machine power is listed as 4 kW. Voltage and phase options (e.g., 220V/380V, single/three-phase) are not specified — verify required voltage and frequency with the supplier prior to shipment and ensure proper industrial electrical supply and grounding at the site.

Machine weight is approximately 800 kg. It will require appropriate handling equipment for loading/unloading and likely export-grade wooden crating. Request specific dimensions and packing details from the seller for transport planning.

The product includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Typically warranty excludes normal wear parts and consumables. Ask the seller for a written warranty policy outlining coverage, response times, and any labor or travel costs for on-site service.

The listing states free spare parts are included with purchase. Commonly provided items are small wear parts and consumables, but exact contents vary — request a spare-parts list from the seller before purchase.

The machine is described as easy to use. Many suppliers offer installation guidance, commissioning and operator training (on-site or remote) either included or for an additional fee. Confirm availability and whether travel/hosting costs apply.

Regular tasks include lubrication of moving parts, checking and topping hydraulic/pump oil if applicable, inspecting and replacing worn dies/blades, tightening fasteners, and keeping the machine clean. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule and keep a stock of common wear parts.

Expected safety features include PLC control, emergency stop, guards around moving parts, and electrical grounding. Operators should use PPE such as safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection and observe lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance.

Many manufacturers provide customization (different dies/tooling) to change nail length, gap, or shape within the machine's mechanical limits. Discuss required specs with the supplier to confirm feasibility and any tooling costs.

With proper setup and quality wire, the machine produces consistent U-shaped nails at the specified lengths and thicknesses thanks to PLC control and precision tooling. Final tolerance and finish depend on wire quality, tooling condition, and operator calibration.

Standard inclusions typically are the machine, motor, pump, PLC controls, basic tooling, and the advertised free spare parts. Optional accessories may include extra dies/tooling sets, wire feeders, pay-off coils, different voltage motors, and additional safety or automation features — ask the seller for a full list.

Request a formal quotation from the supplier including required machine configuration (voltage, tooling, accessories), shipping destination, and desired delivery time. Provide details such as intended nail sizes and wire type to get an accurate price, lead time and best shipping option.
