The machine is mainly used for the grooving and cutting of solid wood,

 

MDF, plywood, pure aluminum plate, PVC and fire proofing plate.

2. The cutting head can realize the horizontal and vertical cutting or grooving. It’s of easy adjusting, accurate,positioning, flexible
operating and stability.

 

Our machine has added a pressing plate system for vertical cutting. When the machine cuts vertically, the pressing plate solenoid valve and cylinder will start to work to compress the raw material board to ensure that the cutting accuracy of the machine is error-free. The minimum cutting unit of the machine is 1mm.

The machine is equipped with thickened double tracks, hanging wheels, steel ropes and balancing iron blocks. Workers can operate the machine stably when cutting vertically.

 

The machine's cutting system 1800watt can rotate 90 degrees, making it easy to switch between vertical and horizontal cutting
 

 

The machine is equipped with scales vertically and horizontally, and can cut a maximum length of 3000mm, a height of 1250mm, and a maximum cutting thickness of 23mm.

 

There are pulleys at the bottom of the machine. When cutting horizontally, workers only need to push or pull gently by hand.

 

When cutting the required size when the machine is cutting across, you only need to align the iron piece with the scale.
