Automatic Four Lines Plastic Shopping Bag T-shirt Polythene Bag Making Machine

It is a high-speed automatic machine (model GS-500) designed to produce plastic shopping (T-shirt) and polythene bags. It integrates film feeding, sealing, cutting and optional multi-color printing to support high-volume bag production.

The machine specification lists a speed of 120 pcs/min (per line). Actual total output depends on the number of active lines, bag size, thickness and printing; with multiple lines running simultaneously the theoretical output increases accordingly.

Supported bag width ranges from 100–400 mm and bag length from 300–1200 mm. Film thickness accepted is 0.008–0.1 mm (8–100 microns).

The machine is built for polythene films used in shopping/T-shirt bags, including LDPE and HDPE films within the stated thickness range. Confirm material compatibility with the supplier for specialty films.

Yes — it has multi-color printing capability for branding and logos. Printing technology and the number of colors may vary by configuration, so verify specifics (e.g., flexo stations) with the manufacturer.

Dimensions are approximately 3.3 m (L) × 1.1 m (W) × 1.5 m (H). Power requirement is 220/380 V, 50 Hz — confirm voltage configuration for your region and installation.

The model number is GS-500. A comprehensive machinery test report is provided according to the product description; request the report and test video from the supplier prior to shipment.

Typical safety features include emergency stop buttons, protective guards and safety interlocks. Exact safety components can vary by configuration — confirm required safety standards and guards with the vendor.

Many suppliers offer on-site installation and operator training or remote support. Confirm availability, scope and any additional costs with the seller before purchase.

Regular preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspection of seals and cutters) is recommended. Ask the supplier about spare parts kits, lead times, and recommended service intervals.

Yes — the machine supports size adjustments and multi-color printing for branded bags. Additional customization (e.g., handle types, gussets) may be available — discuss your specific requirements with the manufacturer.

Warranty terms and after-sales service vary by supplier. The product description does not list a specific warranty period, so request written warranty details, service commitments and response times from the seller.

Lead time depends on stock, customization and order size. Machines are usually crated for sea/land shipment. Ask the vendor for an estimated lead time, shipping method, packing list and export documentation.

Consider required daily output, bag sizes, film thickness, printing needs and available floor space and power. Provide these details to the supplier so they can recommend the appropriate line configuration and optional modules.
