Automatic Feeding Assembly Machine Plastic Clothespins Manufacturing Plant

The model is HS-UJ01 and it is a fully automatic feeding and assembly machine designed to assemble plastic clothespins (laundry clips) on production lines.

The machine has a rated output capacity of 45 clothespins per minute (approximately 2,700 pieces per hour under optimal conditions).

Rated voltage is 220V 50Hz and power consumption is 1.2 kW. Verify your site's power stability and phase requirements with the supplier prior to installation.

Machine dimensions are 1350 mm x 850 mm x 1250 mm and the net weight is approximately 650 kg.

It is intended for the production and assembly of plastic laundry clothespins. For different styles, sizes or custom designs, tooling or feeder adjustments may be required—confirm compatibility with the supplier.

Typical inputs are the pre-molded plastic parts used for the clothespin body and any required metal springs or inserts. Exact component specifications and formats should be confirmed with the machine supplier.

Yes — the machine includes video outgoing inspection capabilities for quality assurance and is supplied with a machinery test report documenting performance.

Changeover usually requires swapping or adjusting tooling, feeders, or guides. The exact changeover time depends on the variant; ask the supplier for details and whether quick-change fixtures are available.

Routine maintenance typically includes daily cleaning, periodic lubrication of moving parts, inspection of feeders, sensors and belts, and scheduled replacement of wear parts. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance manual for intervals and procedures.

Spare parts and consumables are generally available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Request a spare parts list and recommended stocking levels when ordering.

The machine is equipped with standard industrial safety features (such as protective guards and emergency stop). For certification status (CE, etc.) and detailed safety provisions, confirm with the supplier.

Many suppliers offer installation, commissioning and operator training (on-site or remote). Confirm whether these services are included or available as add-ons and whether there are associated costs.

Warranty and after-sales support vary by vendor. The machine comes with a machinery test report; request specific warranty terms, response times for service, and available service contracts from the supplier.

Packing and shipping terms depend on order quantity, destination and chosen freight terms (FOB/CIF/etc.). Lead time varies by supplier and production schedule—ask your supplier for an estimated manufacturing and delivery timeline.

Request a factory video demo or on-site trial; the machine includes video outgoing inspection and is supplied with a machinery test report. Many vendors can provide sample runs or videos showing the HS-UJ01 assembling your specific clothespin design.
