1.Technical principle
Automatic dosing system is an intelligent, automatic, continuous integration of dry powder dissolved and drug delivery device. This device consists of water supply system, dissolve powder dosing system, curing system, automatic control system.
This device is powder medicament automatic continuous preparation and dosing system. dry powder chemical from hopper bottom of screw propeller into premixed premixed with clear water, by wet material into the dispensing slot to dilution mixing, concentration of production according to the requirements of customers;
Preparation solutions from the preparation tank into the storage tank again after the slaking tank, when the storage tank level high, preparation process automatically stop, when the solution down to low level, automatic startup process. Tank body adopt SS304,PP material etc.
