925mm Double layer Machine Ibr Roof Sheet Making Machine

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) to Lusaka indicates the quoted price includes the machine cost, international freight and insurance to the agreed delivery point in Lusaka. Because Lusaka is inland, confirm with the supplier whether inland delivery, customs clearance and local duties are included or if CIF is being used informally. Always request a written incoterm breakdown before purchase.

The machine processes aluzinc, galvanized steel and colored steel coils with a material thickness range of 0.3–0.8 mm.

Working speed is 10–15 meters per minute. Example: at 12 m/min producing 3 m sheets results in about 4 sheets per minute or roughly 240 sheets per hour (actual output depends on sheet length, coil changeover time and operator efficiency).

Main motor power is 4 kW and hydraulic pump power is 4 kW (approximate installed power 8 kW, excluding decoiler and auxiliary equipment). Standard power supply is 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz; custom voltage/frequency can be arranged.

The machine is equipped with a Delta PLC and a touchscreen human-machine interface for easy operation and parameter adjustments.

Machine size is 7800 x 1500 x 1400 mm and net weight is about 4.5 tons. The main frame is 350H steel, side plates are 16 mm thick, and rollers are 45# forged steel plated with hard chrome.

The cutting blade is made of CR12 and uses hydraulic cutting. Typical cutting accuracy depends on setup but is usually within a few millimeters (±1–3 mm)—final accuracy depends on sheet length, material properties and feeding stability.

Yes. Machine color, electrical configuration and some mechanical options can be customized. Optional accessories commonly offered include uncoilers/decoilers, leveling tables, hydraulic stackers, servo cut-to-length systems and extra spare parts kits—confirm availability and pricing with the supplier.

Suppliers typically provide remote commissioning instructions and online training. On-site installation and commissioning by factory engineers can be arranged for an additional fee (buyer usually covers travel, visa and local accommodation). Confirm scope, duration and cost before shipment.

Standard warranty is commonly 12 months for manufacturing defects (wear parts excluded). After-sales support usually includes spare parts supply, technical support by phone/email, PLC/software assistance and optional paid on-site service. Verify the exact warranty terms in the contract.

Routine maintenance includes regular lubrication of bearings and chains, checking and tightening fasteners, keeping rollers and cutting blades clean, replacing hydraulic oil/filters per schedule, and inspecting blades and wear parts. Periodic preventive maintenance improves machine life and accuracy.

Machines are typically packed in sea-worthy wooden crates or frame packages, secured to a skid and wrapped to resist moisture. For CIF delivery, the supplier coordinates international shipping and insurance to the agreed Lusaka destination; inland transport arrangements should be confirmed in advance.

Recommended spare parts include cutting blades, shear pins, PLC fuses, bearings, hydraulic seals, belts/chains and electrical components. Most suppliers keep common wear parts in stock and can ship replacements; request a spare parts list and lead times before purchase.

Typical safety features include emergency stop buttons, guarded moving parts, safety interlocks on access panels, electrical protection and operator training. Ensure local safety standards are met and consider adding optional safety devices if required.

Typical manufacturing lead time ranges from about 20 to 45 days depending on order queue, customization and spare parts. Add international shipping time and customs clearance for total delivery time; confirm current lead time with the supplier at order placement.
