8MXTA 70 Mpa High Strength 1078 to 10780 Nm Drive Adjustable 1/2 Hydraulic Torque Wrench Tool

The wrench delivers adjustable torque from 1,078 to 10,780 Nm.

Maximum working pressure is 70 MPa. Do not exceed this pressure.

This model uses a 1/2-inch drive.

The body is made from a high-strength aluminum-titanium alloy, providing good strength while remaining lightweight.

The 8MXTA is a hydraulic tool. Voltage is not applicable; it requires a compatible hydraulic pump to operate.

No. The product is sold as a single item. A suitable high-pressure hydraulic pump, hoses, quick couplers and torque-rated sockets are typically required and sold separately.

Torque is controlled by the hydraulic pump pressure and the wrench's settings. Use a calibrated pump with a pressure gauge and follow the manufacturer's torque/pressure chart or instructions to select the correct pump pressure for the desired Nm.

The wrench covers a wide bolt-size range corresponding to its torque span. For exact bolt-diameter recommendations at specific torque values, consult the manufacturer's torque-to-bolt-size chart or technical datasheet.

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), secure the reaction arm properly, never exceed 70 MPa, keep bystanders clear of the work area, and always depressurize the system before connecting or disconnecting hoses. Follow the full safety instructions in the user manual.

Regularly clean the tool, inspect for damage or worn seals, keep lubricant points serviced as instructed by the manufacturer, store in a dry protected area, and replace damaged hoses or fittings immediately.

Calibration intervals depend on frequency of use and workplace requirements. As a guideline, consider annual calibration or more often for heavy daily use. Follow your company protocols and the manufacturer's recommendations.

The 8MXTA is designed for heavy-duty industrial and construction use. For continuous production environments, ensure you use a pump and accessories rated for high-duty cycles and follow the manufacturer's duty-cycle guidance.

Yes. Its high torque range and durable construction make it suitable for automotive maintenance, heavy machinery assembly, construction, pipe fitting and other industrial applications.

Common accessories and spare parts include a compatible high-pressure hydraulic pump, high-pressure hoses and couplers, reaction arms, drive sockets rated for hydraulic torque, and replacement seals. Check with the supplier for model-specific parts availability.
