The 3WFQ-2000T is a tower-style air blast orchard sprayer built for high-volume, long-reach spraying in tall tree orchards, vineyards, and plantation crops. Its vertical tower fan design directs spray upward and outward through the canopy, giving thorough coverage for taller trees where standard horizontal sprayers fall short.
With a 2000L tank capacity and a robust 900mm diameter fan, the unit delivers an effective spray distance of 5–10m under calm conditions, making it well suited to wide-row orchard layouts. Spraying is powered by a 6-cylinder diaphragm chemical pump paired with a 3-way distributor and jet agitation system, keeping chemical mixtures evenly suspended throughout operation. Application is handled through 20 high-pressure ceramic nozzles, providing fine, consistent droplet coverage across the full spray pattern.
The sprayer features an adjustable high/low speed gearbox, allowing operators to match fan output and droplet dispersion to different crop types, canopy densities, or weather conditions. Built on a trailer chassis for tractor towing, the unit has a machine weight of 840kg and an overall shipping weight of 900kg, with machine dimensions of 3100×1400×2300mm and overall packed dimensions of 3200×1500×2400mm.
