Grinding Mill Machine for Maize Meal and Grain Milling: 9FC-500

The 9FC-500 is a tooth disc grinder designed to mill maize (corn) meal and many other grains and materials, including wheat, beans, rice, straw, vines, leaf shells, and animal feeds. It can also process non-food powders such as gypsum, lead powder, certain minerals (rare earth), and coal.

The machine can be driven by either an electric motor or a diesel engine. You can specify your preferred drive type when ordering.

The standard power rating for the 9FC-500 model is 18.5 kW. Exact motor specifications may vary depending on drive type and local electrical requirements.

Capacity depends on the grain type, moisture content and screen used. Typical throughput for the 9FC-500 is approximately 2,250–3,000 kg per hour in normal operating conditions. Contact sales for tested capacities with your specific material and screen size.

Yes — a screen is provided free with the machine because screens are wear parts. The machine supports adjustable grain thickness by changing screens. We can supply the free screen in a size chosen to your needs; additional or replacement screens are available at extra cost.

The 9FC-500 is intended for dry or low‑moisture grains and hard materials listed in the product description. It is not suitable for very wet, sticky, fibrous materials that clog grinders, or for materials that require specialized milling (e.g., very abrasive ores without special wear packages). Contact us with your material and moisture level for confirmation.

The machine can be equipped with a Shacron (dust removal) accessory to help collect and remove dust generated during milling. For dusty materials or food-grade applications we recommend using appropriate dust extraction and filtering systems.

Routine maintenance includes checking and replacing worn screens and teeth/discs, lubrication of bearings as per the manual, keeping the machine clean and dust-free, checking drive belts or couplings, and inspecting fasteners. Replace worn parts promptly to maintain performance and prevent damage.

Screens are designed for relatively easy replacement. Follow the user manual instructions for safe removal and fitting. Spare screens of different mesh sizes and materials are available for purchase; pricing depends on size and specification.

Operators should follow the supplied safety manual: disconnect power before maintenance, keep guards in place, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, hearing protection and dust masks when necessary), avoid loose clothing around moving parts, and ensure proper training before use.

For optimal milling and to reduce clogging and wear, grains should be relatively dry. Typical recommended moisture content is below 14%. Very wet product can reduce throughput and cause blockages — contact us if you must process higher-moisture material.

Yes. The 9FC-500 is suitable for small-to-medium commercial operations, feed mills and on-farm milling. For integration into a full production line, we can advise on conveyors, dust extraction, and drive configurations.

We supply common wear parts such as screens, grinding discs/teeth, bearings and belts. Technical support, installation guidance and spare parts ordering are available through customer service — contact them with your model and serial number for quick assistance.

Please contact customer service or your sales representative with the model (9FC-500), desired drive type (electric or diesel), screen size and your delivery location. They will provide detailed specifications, current pricing, availability, shipping options and any customization costs (e.g., extra screens).
