3 Ton Ride on Hydraulic Vibratory Roller Mini Roller

This ride-on vibratory roller is designed for compaction of asphalt and soil in applications such as road construction and maintenance, parking lot paving and repair, landscaping, site preparation, foundations and pathways.

It is powered by a YANMAR engine with an output of 27 kW. The YANMAR engine is diesel-powered and built for reliability and fuel efficiency.

Model: RWYL61. Power: 27 kW. Travel speed: 12 km/h. Drum diameter: 700 mm. Exciting force: 30 kN. Dimensions (L×W×H): 2800 × 1450 × 2100 mm. Single gross weight: 2950 kg. Certifications: CE, ISO, EPA.

The machine features hydraulic double drums with a vibratory system that delivers an exciting force of 30 kN. The hydraulic transmission drives the drums while the vibratory mechanism increases compaction efficiency on both asphalt and soil.

The roller has a gradeability of up to 40%, allowing it to work effectively on moderately steep terrains. For very steep or unusual slopes consult the manufacturer or your dealer for guidance.

Yes. The unit uses a hydraulic transmission and a user-friendly ride-on control layout designed for straightforward operation, with simple controls for travel, vibration, and direction.

Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule: daily checks of engine oil, fuel, hydraulic oil and coolant; regular greasing of bearings and pivot points; clean drums and cooling fins; inspect hoses, belts and fasteners; and perform periodic hydraulic and engine servicing as recommended in the operator manual.

Yes. The hydraulic double drum vibratory system is suitable for compacting both asphalt and various soil types. Adjust vibration frequency and pass counts according to material and specifications.

The machine is compact but has a gross weight of 2950 kg. Transport typically requires a suitably rated trailer and secure tie-downs. Check local transport regulations and use ramps or a loading dock rated for the machine’s weight.

Standard safety measures include an operator platform with visibility, parking brake and emergency stop. Specific safety equipment such as ROPS, seat belts, lights or alarms may vary by configuration—confirm included features with the supplier.
