Yes — it is a flat embroidery machine designed for garments such as T-shirts and other flat items. The 400 x 400 mm embroidery area accommodates most T-shirt designs; larger or sleeve/curved items may require specialized fixtures.

The machine has 12 separate embroidery heads to produce multiple identical pieces simultaneously. The specification also lists 12 needles; please confirm with the seller whether that refers to 12 needles per head or 12 needles total for the machine.

The listed embroidery area is 400 x 400 mm (width x height), with a 500 mm working height. Confirm with the supplier whether 400 x 400 mm is per head or a maximum frame size.

The machine lists a memory capacity of 2,000,000 stitches.

The machine supports 220V/50Hz or 380V/50Hz. Verify with the vendor whether it requires single-phase or three-phase wiring and confirm the configuration for your region.

Yes — the specification indicates an automatic trimmer for cutting jump stitches and thread trimming, which speeds production and reduces manual finishing.

The listing shows both net and gross weight as 16,000 kgs. This appears unusually high and should be verified with the supplier or freight forwarder to determine accurate shipping weight and packing dimensions.

The product description does not specify file formats or connectivity. Most commercial embroidery machines support DST and other common formats and accept USB or network uploads. Confirm supported formats and transfer methods with the seller.

A specific max speed is not provided in the description. Commercial multi-head machines commonly run in the 600–1,200 stitches per minute range, but you should request the exact SPM rating from the manufacturer for this model.

Regular maintenance typically includes needle replacement, lubrication of moving parts, cleaning lint and debris, checking and replacing trimmer blades and bobbins. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and keep spare needles, bobbins and trimmer blades on hand.

The description does not state included services. Ask the supplier whether installation, on-site training, remote support, and warranty/service agreements are provided or available as optional packages.

Availability of spare parts depends on the manufacturer and distributor network. Before purchase, confirm availability and delivery times for common spares (needles, bobbins, trimmer blades, belts, drive parts).

Compare your typical design sizes, run quantities, preferred stitch speed and power supply to the machine's specs (head count, embroidery area, memory, power options). Request sample runs or a demo, confirm per-head needle count, and obtain detailed technical and warranty information from the seller.
