ZW-FMF600 Automatic 5 in 1 Non Woven Bag Making Machine

The ZW-FMF600 is designed for high-speed production of non-woven shopping and reusable bags. It automates bag forming, sealing, cutting and related processes to supply retail, grocery, promotional and packaging industries.

"5 in 1" refers to an integrated set of production functions in one machine. Typical configurations include bag body forming, cutting, sealing, handle welding (or attachment) and optional printing or folding features. Exact included functions depend on the configured model — confirm with the supplier.

Maximum bag length is 580 mm and maximum bag height is 850 mm. The machine handles non-woven material weights from about 30–120 g/m² (gsm). Actual capable sizes may vary with configuration and tooling.

Rated maximum speed is up to 110 pieces per minute. At that rate, theoretical output is up to about 6,600 bags per hour; realistic output depends on bag size, material, printing, and changeover time. The production speed is adjustable and typically ranges around 30–120 pcs/min depending on setup.

Standard voltage is 220 V. The main motor power is specified at roughly 15–20 kW. Confirm required phase (single or three-phase), amperage and local electrical standards with the supplier or installer before purchase.

One trained operator can often run the machine during steady production; additional staff may be needed for material handling, quality inspection and packing. Exact staffing depends on production layout and automation level.

Printing or customization can be included depending on the configuration. Some 5-in-1 setups offer an inline printing unit or provisions for pre-printed material. Confirm printing options, color capability and registration accuracy with the manufacturer.

Recommended routine maintenance includes daily cleaning, weekly lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection and tightening of fasteners, and scheduled replacement of wear items (blades, belts, welding elements). The supplier should provide a detailed maintenance schedule and spare-parts list.

The machine typically includes safety guards, emergency stop buttons and PLC controls. Exact safety systems and certifications may vary by region — ask the supplier for specific safety features and compliance documents.

Many suppliers offer installation, commissioning and operator training (onsite or remote) as part of the purchase or as an add-on service. Confirm availability, scope and cost with the vendor.

Spare parts availability and lead time depend on the supplier’s stock and your location. Common wear parts are usually stocked; lead times for larger components vary. Ask the supplier for a recommended spare-parts list and expected delivery times.

Yes — the ZW-FMF600 can typically be integrated with upstream material unwinding and downstream packing conveyors. Integration requirements (footprint, PLC I/O, conveyors) should be discussed with the manufacturer to provide layout drawings and control interfaces.

With proper maintenance and correct operating conditions, these machines are designed for long-term industrial use. Uptime depends on maintenance discipline and spare-parts management. For life-expectancy estimates and MTBF data, request supplier reliability statistics and testing reports.

Provide the supplier with your target bag sizes, material GSM, desired speed, handle type, printing requirements and expected daily output. The vendor can then recommend the appropriate configuration, tooling and optional modules.

Lead times, shipping costs and warranty coverage vary by supplier, order size and destination. Many manufacturers provide standard warranties and optional extended plans. Contact the manufacturer or distributor for current lead time estimates, freight options and warranty details.
