The YZRL5250GLQ is a heavy-duty asphalt distributor truck built on a Dongfeng 6x4 (RHD) chassis, designed for road construction, maintenance, and surface treatment operations. Powered by a Cummins C260 33 diesel engine delivering 191kW/260hp from an 8300cc displacement, it meets Euro 3 emission standards and pairs with a 9-speed manual transmission for reliable performance on-site and on the road.

The truck carries a 12,000L carbon steel asphalt tank (5mm thickness) with three-layer insulation — an outer stainless steel mirror-finish layer over flame-retardant rock wool insulation (80mm thick) — keeping asphalt at temperature throughout transport and spraying. The tank and pipelines are heated via a heat-transfer-oil system with automatic temperature control, fed by an imported Riello G20 burner from Italy.

Built for compatibility with emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt, modified asphalt, and modified emulsified asphalt, the vehicle is fitted with a QGB680 high-viscosity asphalt insulation pump and an F563 aluminum alloy gear pump, driven by an imported electro-proportional flow regulating valve (YZR-2MDKZ100A.00). A rated GVW of 25,000kg and curb weight of 17,920kg reflect its build for serious commercial road work, with a top speed of 88km/h.
