Clay Brick Making Machine 

 

The Clay Brick Making Machine is designed to produce high-quality hollow bricks using raw materials such as clay, fly ash, coal gangue, shale, river silt, and more. This machine offers excellent durability, strong adaptability, and is easy to maintain. It is ideal for small to medium-scale brick production.

Production Process:

Molding:

  • The molding water content should be maintained between 16% and 18%.
  • The vacuum pump removes air from the extruding machine, and the vacuum extruder forms the pug, which is then cut and parted to the required dimensions.

Drying:

  • After the unfired bricks are cut and grouped, they enter the drying chamber.
  • The drying chamber has a heating system, moisture regulating system, and moisture-excluding system. The drying quality is controlled through the regulating system.

Burning:

  • After drying, the unfired bricks are loaded onto kiln cars for burning.
  • A proper unloading system ensures that the bricks are appropriately handled post-burning.
