The Clay Brick Making Machine is designed to produce high-quality hollow bricks using raw materials such as clay, fly ash, coal gangue, shale, river silt, and more. Production Process:
Molding:
- The molding water content should be maintained between 16% and 18%.
- The vacuum pump removes air from the extruding machine, and the vacuum extruder forms the pug, which is then cut and parted to the required dimensions.
Drying:
- After the unfired bricks are cut and grouped, they enter the drying chamber.
- The drying chamber has a heating system, moisture regulating system, and moisture-excluding system. The drying quality is controlled through the regulating system.
Burning:
- After drying, the unfired bricks are loaded onto kiln cars for burning.
- A proper unloading system ensures that the bricks are appropriately handled post-burning.
