7. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery takes place at Afrimart's designated warehouse
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon collection or dispatch

7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by supply chain, customs, or logistical delays beyond Afrimart's control.

7.3 Where customers arrange export or cross-border transport, all related compliance, duties, and charges remain the customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Inspection of Goods

8.1 Customers are required to inspect goods upon collection or delivery.

8.2 Any visible discrepancies or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours.

8.3 Failure to notify Afrimart within this period may constitute acceptance of the goods.
