The YK3180 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine is a heavy-duty precision gear-cutting machine designed for the efficient production of spur gears, helical gears and other cylindrical gear components. It combines a rigid machine structure with CNC control and servo-driven axes to provide accurate and repeatable gear machining for industrial manufacturing applications.

The machine is equipped with a Siemens CNC control system, servo motors for the X, Z and hob C-axis movements, and a variable-speed hob spindle. It can accommodate workpieces with a maximum spur-gear outside diameter of 800 mm, while supporting helical gear machining according to the specified diameter and helix-angle limits.

With a maximum cutting module of 10 mm for steel and 12 mm for cast iron, the YK3180 is suitable for a wide range of medium- and heavy-duty gear manufacturing requirements. The machine also features automatic lubrication and coolant systems and is supplied with standard accessories including a 3-jaw chuck, hand crank, levelling wedges, hob mandrels and tie rods.
