The YK3150 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine is a precision CNC-controlled gear-cutting machine designed for the efficient and repeatable machining of spur gears and helical gears. Equipped with a Siemens CNC control system and servo-driven axes, the machine provides accurate control over the hob and workpiece during the gear-cutting process.
With a maximum workpiece diameter of Ø500 mm for spur gears and Ø370 mm for helical gears, the YK3150 is suitable for a wide range of industrial gear-manufacturing applications. Its integrated lubrication and coolant systems help support reliable operation during continuous machining.
The machine features servo-driven X, Z, Hob C and Hob Y axes, allowing coordinated CNC control for precision gear production. It is supplied with standard accessories including a 160 mm 3-jaw chuck, hob mandrels, hand crank, tie rod and levelling equipment.
