Y80 Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine

The Y80 is a bench-style hydraulic hose crimping machine designed for professional hose assembly and repair. It features a forge steel crimp head, digital control, and is built for durability and consistent crimping performance.

The Y80 crimps hoses in the range of 6–56 mm and supports hoses up to 1 1/4" 4SP.

The machine delivers a crimp force of 1750 kN and operates at a system pressure of 31.5 MPa.

The Y80 is driven by a 4 kW motor and is offered with voltage options from 110 V up to 480 V to suit different electrical systems.

Overall dimensions are 650 × 500 × 700 mm (L × W × H) and the unit weighs approximately 225 kg.

Standard supply lists indicate 12 sets of dies are included with the Y80. (Some listings may reference a different count—confirm the exact die set contents with your supplier at purchase.)

The crimp head has an opening diameter of 96 mm and a passing diameter of 90 mm, with an additional +21 mm opening allowance noted in specifications.

The Y80 uses a digital control system for precise, repeatable crimps and easier operation compared with manual controls.

Critical components such as the crimp head are made from forge steel for strength and long service life; other components are engineered for industrial durability.

Follow the operator manual and wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection). Keep hands and loose clothing away from the crimp zone, ensure hoses and fittings are properly positioned before crimping, and use the emergency stop if an unsafe condition occurs. Also ensure the machine is properly grounded and installed on a stable surface.

Regular maintenance includes checking and replacing hydraulic oil and filters, inspecting dies and the crimp head for wear, tightening fasteners, checking seals for leaks, and periodic calibration. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule in the manual.

Replacement dies, spare parts, and service parts are typically available from YONG-FENG or authorized distributors. Provide your machine model (Y80) and die size requirements when ordering to ensure compatibility.

Cycle time depends on hose size, die selection, and operator workflow. The machine's hydraulic system provides fast crimping, but for specific measured cycle times under your typical workload, request performance data from the manufacturer or distributor.

Allow for the machine footprint and adequate working clearance; ensure the floor or bench can support ~225 kg; provide the specified voltage and a properly rated circuit with correct grounding; use lifting equipment (forklift or hoist) for safe positioning and installation.

Warranty terms and technical support vary by seller and region. Contact your supplier or YONG-FENG representative for details on warranty coverage, authorized service centers, and available training or start-up support.
