XINLONGJIA Food Autoclave Canned Pet Food / Pet Dogs Wet Food Sterilizer/wet Cat Canning Food Retort Machine

The XINLONGJIA Food Autoclave is designed for sterilizing and retorting canned or pouch wet pet food (dogs and cats), ensuring microbiological safety and extending shelf life for commercial pet food production.

The machine uses hot water spraying (listed as 'TEAM' in the specifications) under controlled high temperature and pressure to achieve effective sterilization of packaged pet food.

The autoclave operates in the range of 134–135 °C, suitable for commercial sterilization cycles commonly used in canned and retorted pet food production.

Major wet-contact components and chamber are constructed from stainless steel SUS304 for corrosion resistance, hygiene, and durability.

You can choose between steam heating via a boiler or electric heating, depending on your facility's utilities and process preferences.

Capacity is customizable to match production throughput and packaging formats; contact the supplier with your desired output and package sizes for a tailored solution.

The machine features an automatic control system that allows preset sterilization programs, automatic cycle control, and monitoring to reduce operator intervention and improve repeatability.

The autoclave is designed primarily for canned pet food and retort pouches; compatibility with specific can sizes or pouch formats can be confirmed and accommodated during customization.

Requirements vary by model and capacity, but expect substantial floor space and a reinforced surface for the roughly 1000 kg unit, plus steam supply or sufficient electrical supply for electric heating, water connection, drainage, and proper ventilation — the supplier can provide detailed site drawings and utility specifications.

Cycle time depends on product formulation, package size, fill weight, and required lethality (F0) value; typical cycles can range from minutes to over an hour. The exact cycle profile should be validated for each product.

By using controlled high-temperature short-time sterilization and uniform hot water spraying, the autoclave achieves microbial inactivation while minimizing overprocessing, which helps retain flavor and nutritional quality when the process is properly optimized.

Standard safety features typically include pressure relief valves, temperature and pressure alarms, interlocks on doors, emergency stop, and automatic shutdowns for out-of-spec conditions; exact safety components will be listed in the machine documentation.

Routine maintenance includes inspection of seals and valves, cleaning of the chamber and spray systems (CIP may be available), checking control sensors, and following the supplier's preventive maintenance schedule to ensure reliable operation.

Yes, the automatic control system can log cycle data (temperature, pressure, time) for process control and validation; discuss required data formats and archiving options with the vendor when ordering.

Warranty terms, spare parts availability, and after-sales support vary by supplier; contact the XINLONGJIA representative for details on warranty coverage, recommended spare parts kits, training, installation services, and technical support.
