XGQ-100F Industrial Washer Extractor (100kg Capacity)

The XGQ-100F supports a washing capacity of 80–100 kg per load with a drum volume of 1010 L.

Overall dimensions are 1770 × 1860 × 2100 mm and the net weight is 3500 kg.

Rated voltage options are 220 V / 380 V / 415 V. Motor power is 7.5 kW and inverter power is 11 kW. Electric heating option is 48 kW. Confirm the appropriate supply and phase with your electrical contractor.

The machine is available with electric heating (48 kW) or steam heating. Steam inlet requirements are 0.3–0.5 MPa.

Washing speed is 36 rpm. Extracting speeds available are 308 rpm and 660 rpm, selectable via the inverter control for stepless adjustment.

Water inlet size: 2 inch. Steam inlet size (if fitted): 1 inch. Required air pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa. Ensure an appropriate industrial drain and utility hookups are available on site.

No heavy foundation is required. The machine uses a full suspension design with shock absorbers and springs, allowing installation without a deep concrete pit in most installations. Local site conditions may still require minor anchoring or a level platform.

It uses a microprocessor control system with 5 standard programs and up to 25 programmable cycles, enabling customized wash profiles for different linen types.

The XGQ-100F features a stainless steel inner drum and outer panel for corrosion resistance, imported bearings, and a built-out lubrication system to simplify maintenance and extend service life.

Key safety features include a door interlock system to prevent door opening during operation and a suspension system with shock absorbers to minimize vibration and movement during spin cycles.

Routine checks include inspecting suspension components and shock absorbers, verifying bearing lubrication, checking inlet/discharge connections, and reviewing control panel error logs.
