XD-802B Binding Machine Manual Binding Laser Positioning Financial Accounting Material Paper Hole Puncher

The XD-802B is a hot-melt book binding machine designed for binding books, catalogs, manuals, reports and presentations. It uses hot-melt adhesive for durable, professional bindings and is suitable for offices, print shops and small publishing environments.

Net weight 20 kg (gross 22 kg). Machine size 445 x 450 x 490 mm; packing size 560 x 375 x 550 mm; working table 445 x 200 mm. Voltage 220V/50Hz, power ≤180W.

The machine's perforation speed is listed as 8 seconds per hole. Warm-up time is approximately 4 minutes, so it is ready for operation quickly.

Perforation diameter is 5.8 mm.

The working table of 445 x 200 mm accommodates common sizes such as A4 and similar formats. For nonstandard sizes, verify alignment and laser guides before binding.

It requires hot-melt adhesive (binding glue) formulated for thermal binding machines. Use manufacturer-recommended glue sticks or pellets for best results; do not use unsuitable adhesives.

Yes — the model name indicates laser positioning to help align documents precisely before binding, improving consistency and finish quality.

Regularly clean residual glue from the glue pot and binding area per the user manual, use recommended cleaning tools, check and tighten any loose fasteners, and unplug the machine before any service. Periodically inspect electrical cord and plugs.

The glue pot and binding area reach high temperatures. Avoid touching heated parts, wear protective gloves when necessary, unplug before maintenance, keep children away, and ensure proper ventilation. Follow all local electrical safety rules.

Check that the machine reached operating temperature (allow ~4 minutes), use recommended hot-melt adhesive, ensure correct spine and document alignment with the laser guide, and allow adequate cooling time after binding. If problems persist, consult the manual or vendor support.

The XD-802B is designed for reliable, continuous use with a power consumption of ≤180W, which makes it relatively energy-efficient for daily office or print-shop operations.

The machine's quick warm-up and fast perforation speed make it suitable for moderate to high-volume binding, but overall throughput will depend on document size, spine thickness, and operator workflow.

Warranty and support details vary by seller and region. Check with the vendor or Xindabill distributor for available warranty terms, spare parts and local technical support options.
